All our products are handmade in Orvieto (Umbria) using mainly the root of centuries-old or millenary olive trees. This wood is very dense and naturally saturated with oil, so it can be used with all types of food without it being stained or retaining odors. All products are totally food safe as they are treated exclusively with food grade vegatable oil.
